・Создавать заявки в управляющую компанию вашего ЖК и следить за статусом их выполнения;

・Получать важные сообщения и уведомления;

・Не пропустите важные новости вашего ЖК;

・Получать подробную отчетность о начисленных платежах и оплачивать их с помощью Google Pay;

・Дистанционное видеонаблюдение в зонах общего пользования;

・Пользоваться дополнительными бонусами и скидками от наших партнеров;

・Получить подробную информацию об Управляющей компании и всех важных контактах в ЖК;

・Участвовать в жизни ЖК и принимать важные решения сообща;

・Создавать удаленные доступы вашим родным, близким, арендаторам;

・Управлять доступом посетителей и автомобилей на закрытую территорию вашего ЖК;

・Переключаться между различными объектами собственности.

И все это можно сделать в несколько касаний там где вы есть, тогда когда вам удобно и необходимо с помощью, лишь, вашего смартфона.

Важно! Уважаемые пользователи, приложение находиться еще в стадии Beta-тестирования и в работе сервисов могут проявляться некоторые неточности или ошибки. Не судите нас строго, мы просто хотим, чтобы вы пользовались всеми нашими сервисами как можно скорее.
